This is new to me and it may be new to most librarians out there: Amazon.com has a section called The Librarian's Store. I already knew that a number of libraries have already established corporate accounts with Amazon for some of their business. What I didn't know was that Amazon has been developing other services for librarians - most notably, Approval Slips (!)

Amazon Approval Slips allows you to create a profile of books that you are interested in and once a month, Amazon will send you a list of all its new books that match the set criteria. It looks good.
