Some days ago, I was in the car with Ghengis and we had the radio on and there was a clip of George W. Bush speaking about the Iraq War and I remember my thoughts drifting and slowly turning my head to look out the other window when I heard George uttering the phrase, 'straining the psyche of our nation'.

I couldn't believe it at first. I had to ask, "Did you just hear George Bush say the word 'psyche'"? After confirmation of the fact, I started wondering out loud on what it all could mean.
